Street photography
/striːt fəˈtɒɡrəfi/
Street photography represents a photographic genre focused on capturing moments and scenes from everyday life within public spaces and other urban locations. This artistic form aims to capture the authenticity and spontaneity of moments, typically without the intervention of posing or manipulating subjects.
It tends to highlight the diversity, emotions, and narratives unfolding in urban streets. Street photographers observe their environment with meticulous attention, seeking interesting compositions, human interactions, visual contrasts, and details capable of telling a story or capturing a specific emotion.
One of the key aspects of street photography is capturing ephemeral and unique moments, which may never be reproduced. This can include humorous situations, moments of reflection, striking facial expressions, as well as urban life scenes reflecting culture, society, and human dynamics.
In summary, street photography serves as a way to document everyday life while endowing it with a distinctive visual aesthetic, all while capturing the essence of human interactions and the urban environment.

Silhouette
/ˌsɪl.uːˈet/
The term "silhouette" refers to the shadow or dark, distinctive shape of an object, person, or subject seen against a light source, typically in backlight or profile. It represents a simplified outline without interior details of an object or person, usually in a single uniform color, often black, in contrast to the illuminated background.
In the artistic context, a silhouette can be employed to create striking visual effects and evoke a mysterious ambiance. For instance, in photography, silhouettes are frequently utilized to emphasize the form of a subject while maintaining their anonymity or enigma.
A silhouette encompasses both the dark form of an object in contrast to a light source and a generalized representation of a person or object.

ANALOG PHOTOGRAPHY
Quality, not quantity
With film photography, I'm devoting much more time to the process of selecting my film, gauging the ambient light, composing thoughtfully, arming the mechanism, and then releasing the shutter.
